  2. Strong and flat 5 Star Review

Posted by on 24th Apr 2018

My fabric stash is stored on acid-free comic book boards and was only wrapped around the boards. I saw these buddy bolts at a quilting shop and came home and ordered 200. I'm slowly re-wrapping, sorting and "bolting down" all the cloth that is less than 2 yards. These clips are flat, allowing lots of storage, they're stainless steel (no worry about rust marks) and they're very strong. I'm going to sort through what I have and when I acquire more cloth, now know there will be storage space.

I was organizing the fabric in my armoire and needed clips to hold fabric to the boards I was using. They arrived quickly and are a perfect size. I will be ordering more in the future.

  5. Bolt Buddies, Best Idea 5 Star Review

Posted by on 23rd Feb 2018

I have a large collection of fabric and the best method for storing it involves wrapping the fabric around boards and storing them upright in a bookcase. The stainless steel Bolt Buddies secure the fabric end to the rest of the fabric, keeping everything secure. I first saw Bolt Buddies being used at my local quilt shop. I immediately ordered 200 of them, and recently ordered 100 more. Bolt Buddies perform very well, much better than straight pins that bend easily and can cause injury. I highly recommend Bolt Buddies.

  6. Bolt Buddies - bought for second time 5 Star Review

Thes are convenient for storing your stash. No pins to snag and no sticky residue from tape. I slide them on my folded fabric and slip a piece of paper with the yardage underneath. Great organization tool. I bought 200 and then went back and bought 200 more.
